Arda MUTLU - General Manager

Arda MUTLU, graduated from TED Ankara College and Gazi University Mechanical Engineering Department. MUTLU has experience on project management, innovation consultancy, training programme design, customer satisfaction areas. He worked in sales management, customer relations, quality management areas. He is consultant on innovation capacity building in SMEs. MUTLU is the trainer of the "Entrepreneurship Academy" and "Innovative Technical Staff Development Project".

Arife YILMAZ - Business Development

Arife YILMAZ has B. Sc and M. Sc degree from Gazi University Industrial Engineering Department, Turkey. She has been working on innovation, entrepreneurship, choosing the right innovation project, design of innovation support campaigns aimed at SME’s and entrepreneurs, intellectual property and IP strategies for companies. She is member of the management board of Yenilesim Association in Turkey and has attended more than 200 events both in Turkey and abroad as speaker. She takes part in EU projects as trainer, consultant and manager. 

Barış Cihan BAŞER - Clustering and Innovation Expert

Barış Cihan Başer holds a B. Sc. Degree from Gazi University Mechanical Engineering Department, TURKEY. He is expert in regional development, clustering, cluster development, innovation, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, patent strategies, design and branding issues. BAŞER is also working as cluster coordinator at Ostim Defence Suppliers Cluster as part time basis.
