Arda MUTLU - General Manager

Arda MUTLU, graduated from TED Ankara College and Gazi University Mechanical Engineering Department. MUTLU has experience on project management, innovation consultancy, training programme design, customer satisfaction areas. He worked in sales management, customer relations, quality management areas. He is consultant on innovation capacity building in SMEs. MUTLU is the trainer of the "Entrepreneurship Academy" and "Innovative Technical Staff Development Project".

Arife YILMAZ - Business Development

Arife YILMAZ, holds B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in Industrial Engineering. YILMAZ, works as a Business Development Coordinator in innoCentric. Arife YILMAZ, is an experienced professional in the areas of Industrial Property Rights, Clustering, Innovation and Technology Transfer. As patent examiner and account manager for SMEs and entrepreneurs, she worked for almost eight years in the Turkish Patent Institute (TPE). Within the TPE she was involved to several intellectual property, SME and innovation management related projects. She also took part in the establishment of Innovation Support Unit, where she implemented capacity building for better use of IPR in innovation processes, especially in SMEs and entrepreneurs. She took part in development of an innovation capacity assessment tool for SMEs, where innovation capacity is analysed in 8 dimensions; strategy, market orientation, human resources, networking, product&process innovation and finance.
